M1 Junction 15a

Junction 15a on the M1 can be found at Rothersthorpe on the south-western edge of Northampton, joining the motorway to the A43. From here it is 3.6 miles north to Junction 16 and 2.5 miles south to Junction 15. Northampton services sit at the junction itself, accessed directly from the exit roundabout.

Northampton town centre is 2.8 miles north-east of the junction. The next sizeable centre is Towcester, 5.6 miles south. Inside the two-mile circle on the map below you will find 23 places to eat and drink, 4 pubs, 3 fuel stations and 1 supermarket.

A proper stop rather than a quick one: fuel, food and a supermarket are all close by, with BP the nearest, right at the junction.
