M25 Junction 13
Where is Junction 13?
Junction 13 is on the south-west side of the M25, where the motorway crosses the Thames at Runnymede and meets the A30 between Staines-upon-Thames and Egham. It sits between the turn-offs for the M3 at Junction 12 and the M4 at Junction 15, on one of the busiest stretches of road in Europe.
Coming off here
There's a wide choice close to the junction, including a couple of fuel stations within about a mile. It's a sensible place to stop, too: you're in the long gap between Cobham services, 12.6 miles back towards Junction 10, and South Mimms at Junction 23, so an off-junction break makes a lot of sense here.
Where to stop
For a quick stop, there's an Esso on the Runnymede roundabout as you leave the junction, with a drive-through Burger King next door. For a wider choice, head into Egham, or into Staines town centre, about a mile east, for chains like Nando's, Five Guys and Zizzi. Runnymede meadows and the Magna Carta memorial are just off the junction if you want to stretch your legs.
