M25 Junction 8
Where is Junction 8?
Junction 8 is on the southern side of the M25, roughly midway between Reigate and Redhill, where the A217 crosses. It's close to the M23 interchange at Junction 7, 3.3 miles east, for Gatwick and Crawley, with Junction 9 at Leatherhead 6.6 miles west.
Coming off here
You're not far from motorway services in either direction, Cobham (between Junctions 9 and 10) and Clacket Lane (between Junctions 5 and 6), but they're some of the priciest in the country, so a stop off the junction is worth considering.
Where to stop
There's an Esso on the A217 on the outskirts of Reigate, about half a mile from the junction. If you're after a longer break and a leg-stretch, Reigate Hill, a National Trust site, is about a mile and a half away.
